TTD has the disposal of three highly automated packaging lines with a considerable capacity. With this bulk goods can be packed in various ways such as “open-mouth”; FFS-foilpackaging and valved bags.

These goods are bagged up in packages of 10 to 50 kilos, which are the palletised fully automatically. The lot is then wrapped round with watertight stretchfoil. TTD can also design an attractive new package for you.

Besides TTD has the disposal of a PLC-controllable blendline with which up to 6 components can be blended with high accuracy. Both granular formation and pulverized fertilizers can be made into highly homogeneous products.
